The Finnish BNCT research has generated considerable high level knowledge and technology. Trough the technological know-how and strong investment made by VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland, it has been possible to build a world class neutron beam and clinic for BNCT use.

The Finnish physicists have developed a treatment coach and positioning system specially designed for BNCT use. These products are commercially available.
